Has anyone had their emails responded to lately from Doug? I emailed him close to a week ago and haven't heard back yet. Is this normal? Thanks!

Thanks for the help guys. As you all know, it's hard to have patience when you're excited for something. I'll give that patience thing a try.

I've bought from Doug since he was doing this thing part-time in his garage. I'm a big believer in his tuning skills, but he'd better get his customer service act together ; he's got more business than he can handle right now but it won't last long if he gets a reputation for ignoring his customers. This "I can't find Doug" complaint is a frequent one on the Ford boards...
