Default New Plugs

I am thinking of changing plugs. Anybody know if there is any advantage between the Autolite HT1 and the Motorcraft Plug Sp462(stock heat range)? By the way, best price I've found is from Rock Auto, something like $8.05 ea. for the Autolite HT1.I am leaning toward the Autolites since they come with the right gap.
I am kind of freaked out by the horror stories about the plugs breaking off during removal. I don't know if I should even try to get them out. Since I only have 33K miles, maybe I should "bite the bullet" and pay the dealership to change them.
