Default Normal water temp?

Someone pm'd me asking what my water temp was while cruising, idle, etc. I realized I didn't really know what was normal for a NA mustang gt. I've seen my cylinder head temps go up to 205-210 when driving slowly or at idle. cruising it's 190 so coolant temp is probably a little less than that. If you have a temp gauge on your non-supercharged mustang, what does the temp usually read?

I have an aeroforce gauge by the way, that's why I can monitor cylinder head temps. It monitors water temps, but I don't really check that often, so don't remember what it reads.
