CIA and tune is your best bang for the buck. Then I would lower it to go with those Foose rims. See my sig for other ideas.

In other words this car will not be put away for the winter, it will be a primary means of transportation and driven daily through all seasons.

I was going to ask where, but then I noticed Alabama. Winter is different in Florida vs. Minnesota.

In Alabama, how often do you see snow or freezing temperatures? I'd guess virtually never; not enough to worry about an all-season tire. Considering the weather, I wouldn't worry about limiting power or anything. Here in Michigan, I'm probably going back to a 87 octane tune for the winter. saving a couple buck on fillups won't hurt either.

Daily driver-wise, a loud exhaust could get old quick. 4.10 or 4.30 gears may get loud on the highway & eat into fuel mileage.
