Default Few questions from a new owner

Posted these over in the introduction area since im new but didnt get much response[sm=smiley36.gif]...

... How strong are the clutches in these things? Dont wanna beat on it until i figure out what they can take. Ive tried searching but didnt come up with much. My other question is, its so damn dark in these things with black leather, has any one come up with good inside lighting for these cars? Didnt find much on that either with search? Also any one have good solutions to quieting up a factory pozi? And finally, where can i find the paint code? To me the car looks like candy apple red in the sun but thought it was a redfire color but also heard some where able to order special colors. All in all its a great car and so fun to drive as a daily driver. Any advice would be great, Thanks.

The stock clutches arent that special...if you are mostly stock, you have nothing to worry about though

I hammer mine from time to time and have had no problems. I'm pushing 308 torque.

Pozi maybe synthatic fluid but it shouldn't be noisy. Lighting here (do an interior how to search) and you paintis called Red fire (G2) the code is on the door tag.

If you're completely stock, the tires are going to give way before the clutch does, so I wouldn't worry too much about stressing the clutch. I've dropped the clutch a bunch and mines still holding up fine at 43,000 miles (and this was after I learned stick on the car).

If your rear end is making noise, you may have a clutch pack failure; there is a TSB for it and the dealer should fix it for you under warranty. What sort of sound is it making?

The paint code is in the VIN somewhere, and there is a website somewhere that tells you what letter means what color... unfortunately I don't know where either of these are.
