i was just about to post this! it looks really good and in theory seems like a good idea, but i havent heard anything of it performance-wise. apart from where to get it, does anybody know how it is performance-wise and how it stacks up to the other CAIs

it's right on par with the C&L and JLT in terms of performance. as far as looks, it's far and above. plus it can be used with a supercharger if you so wish. downside is it's a little more expensive.

I've always really liked this intake alot, was just wondering if it gets enough air from the front.

I have this intake on mine. The prop-rod is a little awkward - you have to carve out the edge of thetray a little for the rod to sit right. Later I just switched to hood struts, so the issue is moot now. I don't have a picture (old picture posted), but I had my doubts about airflow with the hood shut, so I cut out the hood linerwhere it sits within the boundaries of the tray.
