Default Vibration from Spydershaft

I have vibrations now that I have the shaft on. They aren't bad unless I go highway speeds and play. Is it just something I have to live with and is it doing harm? I have the solid motor mounts from JDM also. I can tolerate it in town, but at higher speeds it's worse. I like the shaft otherwise.

Id get that looked at soon. Either the driveline needs balancing or the install might be a lil off. Can cause excessive wear on the tranny output shaft bushing or bearing whichever it has and can wear out the pinion bushing in the diff. Both would result in oil leaks after a bit.

Do you have loops? Maybe those are causing the vibrations...check those out and see if they are positioned correctly

The motor mounts do adjust your pinion angle. I'd bet you just need to make some adjustments to your install.

I did have new sealsput on my transmission. Maybe the shop didn't install it correctly when they put it back on. I thought it was just a bolt up job.

They over torqued my bolts at the pinion, but I think they changed the relationship with the pinion flange when they installed my 4.10's. anyway I turned the shaft 180 degrees and it fixed my slight vibration above 70mph. This was all with the stock shaft though.

check pinion angle.
+1 The lowered motor mounts will change the transmission angle. With a 1 piece shaft you mustchange the pinion angle when the transmission angle changes.
