If life were perfect I would ask for a supercharger. But that's probably out of the question. I would recommend a CAI and tune. A reasonable amount of power for a reasonable amount.

CAI/tuner(about $500-600), if that's too much for a X-mas gift, than I would think some lowering springs(about $250), our cars are too high in stock form IMO.
