Default SLP loudmouth hangers

Hey guys. Do any of you guys have problems with the SLP loudmouths moving a little bit after you install them? My driver side set up matter how tight I make it moves a little bit making it go off center. It was perfectly centered for about three weeks but than it gradually began to move. I have taken it off and redone the entire thing so that it does not shift...but it didnt work. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I could do?

i thought i was the only one with the same exact issue - my left side passanger side even brokeoff and left a hole in the pipe. i dont think the claps where tight enough which might have caused them to move or slide in and out expecially with those pressure vibrations they give off -

i tighted the clamp bolts and so far so good no movement

what did you use to tighten the clamps? an impact wrench will do the trick. Mine have never moved even after all the adjusting to center them.

I just installed a set of powerflo's and didn't tighten the exhaust to midpipe clamp enough and after taking it for a test drive the exhuast pulled right off the midpipe, so I really tightend it down. My passenger side exaust is not centered though and touching the bumper so I will probly take it off and try to bend the hangers alittle tomorrow.

Nem- I used an impact wrench I guess I just need to tighten it some more. I will add it to my "to do" list once spring gets back around....I can't even hear the exhaust until the snow is gone

It could be one of the washers on the mounting bracket not being snugged up all the way to the underside of the car.. I dunno just a guess.. hth
