Default Torque converter: single or multi plate?

Buying a torque converter next month, in preparation for the supercharger to come. I'll be buying a Precision Industries unit, but I can't decide on the single or multi plate unit. Any advice? I'll be getting a Whipple blower, and keeping things fairly mild (7-8psi range max). Would the multi plate unit be overkill, or even too much for the rest of the tranny? Mostly, I'm just looking to get a stronger, more reliable TC that will hold up better than the stock unit, as opposed for purely performance reasons. Dependability is my goal. Any input would be welcome!

With FI go for the multi-plate. The single plate is only for N/A aplications and will not hold up with a supercharger.

Cool. I was leaning toward the multi-disk one, so I guess I'll go with Plan A. Thanks guys!
