So your clearance issues were with the alternator, not the hood? That's disheartening, and the first I'm hearing of this, but I agree, I definitely wouldn't want my alternator to be rubbing against ANY metal parts. Hmmm, I guess I'll have to do some more soul searching before I make my final decision.
On a brighter note, I officially have enough cash saved up to buy a blower now. Now if I could just decide between Lethal Performance's Whipple and Brenspeed's Saleen Stage 3...
