I have it and I'm VERY happy with it. When I just had the Airaid with the MVT still in it I was like ...Nice, sounds good feels more responsive. After I got the Brenspeed Tunes, and removed the MVT, I was like WOW!!!!!
Get it I think you'll like it.

my tuner had a airraid tune in it, hmm It looks like it lets a ton of air in so you might want to double check on the "no tune needed"

Your going to gain barley any hp off of a intake with no tune. Maybe 5-7hp at the most without a tune.

If you're not planning on going with a tune in the future your best bet will probably be to just do an upgrade to the stock filter. Many companies have them and you run less risk of having tune issues.

i have this intake w/ a bamatunes 91 race tune. he told me (the guy at bamatunes) to NOT take out that piece that is removable.. he said you dont really gain anything from removing it really.. but i LOVE this intake and it sounds great!!

I'm sorry to disagree with a fellow Airaidian.....But when you take out the MVT and have it Tuned for such, the Air Flow feels like this........

Airraid looks to be a decent intake for no tunes. Roush copied them and just put their name on it. Why should big roush make an intake, just buy some airraids and stamp roush on them. At first, I didn't want a tune either. But I just went like most others and got a jlt 2 and brenspeed tune. Jlt, c&l are the most popular, but a good tune makes most of the power, not the intake.
