Default About to change plugs-Copper antisieze OK?

I'm about to change plugs for the first time on my 06 GT. just under 50,000 miles. I got the Autolight HT1's. I couldn't believe how tiny those things are.
Is copper antisieze from Napa ok to use or do I need to get nickel antisieze? And only on the ground shield above the electrode, right? None on the threads?

Unfortunately yes. I've been dreading this for quite some time. I hope 50,000 isn't too many miles. It can't wait any longer. If this goes well I won't wait that long again.

Why the fudge can't they fix this stupid plug design so it stays together? Of all the car's I've owned & changed plugs onwhy does the fastest, bitchinest one have to have F__Ked up plugs.

I have a small compressor to blow dirt out of nooks & crannys. I got some "super penetrating catalyst" from NAPA and some copper antisieze, but I'll look for nickel instead.
I'll back out each plug a little, spray in a little catalyst, back out some more, etc. I hope I don't have to use too much because I'm worried about excess getting into the cylinders and contaminating things like the oil or gasket seals or whatever.

I got the Autolight HT1's from NAPA. Are they the same as the Motorcraft ones?

Why would you not put anti-sieze on the threads? That's where you usually put it.

The directions on the box specify no anti sieze on the threads. It's quite clear.
It also says nickel, I should have read that.

I'm so not looking forward to this.
