RE: ITS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yeah, well, all of you that are waiting for pics and reactions will have to wait a little longer.... Where's that banging your head against the wall smiley? [:@][:@][:@][:@]
****in UPS - I mean OOPS.. The blower arrived today, but it's damaged. Externally, there were NO signs of damage to the box. There were HUGE signs on the box though saying this side up, do not tip over, etc etc. The INSTANT I saw those I just knew...
I already called Brenspeed, they said to send pics right over and they'll make it better. Stupid OOPS. I HATE OOPS!!!

Yeah.. :-(
Pics of the damage can be seen at http://mustang.dnsalias.com/personal...cs.asp?dir=UPS
After seeing how the thing is packaged (by Saleen, not Brenspeed), I'm wonding how ANY of them make it to their final destination in one piece. They just kind of rest in the box, not much support at all.. No foam, nothing.. Very strange packaging.
So, upon further reflection, and thinking that my next one might wind up damaged too, I'm seriously considering trailering the car out there and just having them do the install. A friend has a 1-ton diesel and an enclosed trailer, it's less than 8 hours from where I live, and according to their website, they cover one night at a hotel when you drive out for a supercharger install. I'm thinking that is sounding better and better to me.. Plus I can get a quick dyno pull, maybe..

I hate ups, but unfortunately sometimes you have no choice. I usually ask for fedex if possible.
Am I the only one who's blower was shipped freight? I went and picked it up at the yellow truck hub in Ocala.
