For the s-trim, I know the following for fact---

3.80 roughly 8/9 psi
3.60 about 10.5
3.48 runs 11.7psi<----what I'm running.

According to vortech, you gain roughly 1-2 psi for every size smaller pulley. Which from personal experience is true. I have a 3.6 pulley if ya need it. We have 6-rib setup on our cars, but vortech does offer an 8-rib setup for about $500.

^^^Ditto. I made about 14 psi peak with the 3.33 pulley. You can also add an overdrive pulley over the crank pulley or a bigger crank pulley and gain there as well. This is what we do to all blowers kits once we're down to the smallest pulley size. For example, A cobra crank pulley will net you 2 more psi on whatever pulley you are using...

Be careful with big boost on the Vortech. At 16+ psi - I could not keep a belt or tensioner on the car to save my life. Regardless of the kind of tensioner, the kickback on decel with the vortech is stupid with big boost.

Boost depends on the amount of restrictions. I have a 3.33" pulley and see around 11psi max with a Paxton air-to-air intercooler, headers, offroad exhaust, and delete plates.

Something is wrong or you don't have the pulley you think you do. With a 3.33 pulley and even a fairly conservative tune, you should see at least 12 psi...

I must agree with Tom281- Boost on these cars is directly related to the restrictions of the intercooler and intake system you have. I have built an un-intercooled vortech with a 3.48" pulley and made over12psi at 6500. On mypersonal carI run the 3.48" with a Vortech Waterbox intercooler and barely see over 10 at 6500 I am looking to once again go up in boost to the 3.33" now that i am running methanolwith the intercooler. TOM281- How do you like the 3.33" she run well?
