RE: 2007 v6 to v8 swap
The V6 uses a 7.5 rear end - some 6ers refer to swap their 7.5 to 8.8 rear end w/ gears (3.73 or 4.10 are most common) and tlok - or they just keep their 7.5 and swap their gears and install a t-lok. But if you're going supercharged - it's probably best to get the 8.8, I hear the 7.5 can hold up pretty nice, but I wouldn't take that chance.

I dont know the swaping prices but i'd get your old 8.8 if its still in good shape ....

RE: 2007 v6 to v8 swap
I'll salvage everything from the GT...
Brakes are different (caliper brackets), front swaybars, V6 doesn't have one on the back.
Shocks/springs...Anything underneath needs to be swapped, if not damaged. Don't forget the shifter also.
Do the conversion first, then can/sell what you didn't reuse.
