Default DTC P2014 problem.

Ok this problem is not in my car, is in a friends car, he recently had installed CMDP's, C&L CaI, pullies + Dougs race tune, after going over 60 mph the car gets into failsafe mode throwing code P2014 which is:

P2014 - Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor/Switch Circuit (Bank 1)

The IMRC system is monitored for failure during continuous or KOEO self-test. Each DTC distinguishes the corresponding failed bank for IMRC actuator assemblies with dual monitor switches. The test fails when the signal on the monitor pin is outside an expected calibrated range. This DTC replaces P1516.

What should be it? That doug forgot to do the tune for CMDP's? or the correct tune calibration for CMDP's?

any suggestions? Thanks

or the tune was for a C&L racer while he has the street version or vise versa.

But it's probably the tune for the CMDP's.

i had the same problem check behind the block up top theres two little servos that control the runner manifold make sure nothing is stoppin them from moving. my problem was i had a wireharness hittin it and it wouldnt let it move so it would throw the code. thats all i got good luck
