I agree, I will feel obligated to let them have some fun if they help me out. I wouldn't be able to do it without them though

Another reason for not having someone do it for me is there are no good shops around me, so it looks like I will be making that scary turn of the key after the install and hope to everything I holdsacred that the motor turns over!!, Oh and in response to whether or not you can geta gen 2 blower for an 05', my understanding is all new whipples have the new rotors, I could be wrong, and I haven't really thought about it since I heard it through the grapevine. i will be talking to my dealership about it so we will see. Let me know if I am completely wrong, but i could have sworn i was told that all the whipples now came with the new rotors...

I wouldn't consider anystep of the whipple install difficult by itself, but the installation as a whole is a very involved task. It is tedious and time consuming, but if you are patient and follow instructions perfectly, then you'll be fine. My biggest piece of advice is this: DO NOT forget to tighten the heater hose clamp under the intake. (Ask me how I know, lol.)

Lol. Let's just say it's no fun draining an intercooler, removing a supercharger, fuel rails, upper intake, and a throttle body just because you forgot to tighten a hose clamp.
