05 GT is 3.55 manual and 3.31 auto

05 and 06 manual GT's have 3.55, starting in 07 3.31 was standard on all GT's with the 3.55's being an option for manual GT's.

If you have an 05 or 06, and you know the car is stock then you almost definetly have 3.55 gears.
