Default PMM rattles/vibrations- FIXED!!!

Another pypes thread I know but me and a couple of other people have been trying to figure out this rattle/vibration with the pypes mid muffler system. Well its quite simple. I noticed that when the pipes were warm they expanded and the hangers would come in contact with the brackets on the passanger side. Well all I did was take off the brackets and notch the area out where it was hitting and problem solved. At first I didn't think it could be the bracket because I thought they were made out of plastic but as I grinded the ****e out of them I realized they were metal. I also took 1/2 off the rear hangers just to be safe. Just thought i'd post for anyone with the pypes system.

Well notching the hanger brackets wasn't quite enough for me. I'd still get the occasional vibe. So I made the mounting holes horizontally larger so I could physically move the hanger bracket towards the rear of the car without the need to drill new holes in the frame rails.

Ok so let me get this right because I got rid of about four of the vibration sounds but I have one slight minor vibe. You made the hole in the bracket that the screw goes through into the frame rails bigger right? What kind of tool did you use to make the holes bigger ( you did both brackets right) ? Do you have a pic of the hole?
