Default New Owner...Question

Hey guys...have a question. I bought my car about a month ago and i was wondering.....Would it be dumb of me to buy one of those bolt on Supercharger kits?, or should i start small and get intake, tuner, headers ect.?

Why go small. Once you get the mod bug you will want to go big anyways. If you do go small start with a tuner intake combo. But in no way would it be dumb to get a S/C.

If you have the money go for the supercharger.What kind do you want twin screw or centri? What brand you looking into?

Have you heard of anybody getting one of those bolt on S/C kits and i messing up the engine?....Ive been back and forth cause i heard many things...I found one of the kits off of JEGS website for about 3500, but i dont want it to mess my engine up. Opinion?

Sure, why not?

Without knowing your previous vehicle type/driving background then I would lean towards the cautious side and offer a suggestion to get used to your Mustang, as it is, first. At least for a little while until you decide which supercharger you want, unless you've already decided. [sm=badbadbad.gif]

Since you want a centri may i reccomend this one to you. Alot of people on this forum have gone with this kit. It has everything you need. Here is the link and the cost is $4,764.50
