3.2 pulley questions

RE: 3.2 pulley questions
I know what his numbers say but his car runs alot stronger than what the numbers say. If I remember right when he went to the track he ran an 11.89 with a 1.87 60 footer. That was with the 3.4 pulley and around 430 h.p. I think if he had some M/T et streets and ran his car with the 3.2 he'd easily be in the mid to low 11's.

I don't think it's safe to say "i'm only making 10psi, so i'll be safe". With long tubes and a 3.2 pulley you could be at 500rwhp. Not sure if you had it dynoed with the 3.2. Also your boost gauge could be off 1 or 2 psi. I wouldn't set my watch by it.
Rods have broken at 470rwhp on a good tune, i'll have to dig up the last one.

Personally I don't think you'll hurt your car at all ifyou leave it on, as long as you and I don't race each other. The only time we come close to screwin anything up is when were racing. Besides if anything breaks I want it to be on your car not mine, your the guinea pig with the job, I'm just a poor fat retired guy. It's your fault I don't have any money, talking me into thismoney sucking machine. Of course I have'nt had this much fun since high school with what's her name. Protect the married now.
