Default Cats

Is there a difference between the stock cats and "high-flow" cats I see around? If not then I think the MAC ProChamber that fits to the stockers would be good.

I found this ProChamber setup by MAC that allows you to swap the cats with a straight pipe whenever you want, which would be awesome (Bassani has this in one of their x-pipes), but it's only for LT headers and I want the tuned BBK shorties.

Less restriction, thus they flow better. Mac prochambers a good choice. I went the cheaper route and threw on a pypes o/r h.

MAC has a ProChamber that has high-flow cats and says they bolt up to the stock headers (more expensive though). I guess shorty headers would be fine with this too?

I wouldn't mess with the shorty headers. The mac system is good for incase you have to go in for emission testing and you can go from offroad to legal cats. Not exactly sure though, I've seen the pics, but I don't own a prochamber.

Actually the shorties would be better for me since #1 I don't have FI and #2 I don't ever race it on a track. For city driving, the shorties are better due to higher HP and TQ gains in low and mid-range RPMs which is what I care about more. There was a thread about this a short while ago.
