I had Brenspeed adjust my tune to removethe O2 sensore DTCs, as far as emissions testing
if they only look forOBDII lights then you would be good to go with LTs and a tune that disables that crap.

If they hook up a tester line to your exhaust I don't know, my car definately gives off an old school exhaust odor and probably wouldn't pass!! lol

I still have 3 years to worry about that here in AZ.
