i had mine welded as well. and i needed some tweaking where it meets the passenger side exhaust manifold....

I had no problems with mine, I might have leaks, but I don't have the time to check them out!

I have the same issues with my Pypes OR/H and they never responded to my request for help, twice.Guess I'm stuck. I also have a leak where it meets the passenger side manifold.

Harraid5711....How did you tweak yours w/o damaging it?

Had no problem with my pypes. How can you tell if you have a leak?
hissing noise or an airy ticking noise...

if so, wait until the car is cold.. crank it and feel around the joints. in about 15 sec the pipe will be hot as hell so watch out.

I didnt have any fitment issues. I bolted it up, clamped it took it off as 1 piece then had all the seams welded. Never had a leak and have been happy with it. 180 bucks well spent.
