hey guys. sorry aint been able to get on in awhile. working all the time. but loving the tuned 07 still. just had to go get it inspected for its emmisions and i failed. wtf. never had an engine light on or anything.yes i did hydroplane it in oct. but all that damage was cosmetic and to the rear.
i get the sheet back and everything passed except there was 3 monitors that showed not ready: heated o2, o2, and cat. does anyoneno what these could be talkin about. is the car running rich and i need to just put stock airbox back on and retune to stock. or isit something i can turn on thru thexcal 2. thanks for the help.

You may want to check with your tuner as some of them disable the O2 sensors as part of their tune. If that is the case they just need to modify the tune and you should be OK.

THANKS. SO IF I PUT IT ALL BACK TO STOCK SHOULD THAT DO THE TRICK TOO?
IT NEEDS TO GO TO THE SHOP ANYWAY. HAS NEVER BEEN TO A DEALER, SINCE I WORK AT A LAND ROVER DEALER I LET MY TECHS WORK ON HER. SAVESMONEY AND I KNOW IT IS GETTING DONE.

STOP YELLING.

And yes, just call your tuner, tell them you need a tune that will pass emissions, load it up, drive 50 miles, then go get re-tested.

why dont you just get a tech at the land rover dealer to do your inspection and pass you? You dont have to take it to a ford dealership.

Not sure where hes at, but in Illinois it doesnt work like that. You need to go to a state facility and have it inspected/tested.

true. Thats another thing I thought about after I posted. Here in Texas you can take it pretty much anywhere.

Its only vehicle emissions testing tho. Not a safety inspection.
At least since I have been driving for the last 17 years.

i havent lived there in about 8 years but i never had a car inspected and to my knowledge my parents havent either....and they have lived there for 40
