This is without a doubt, my favorite thing to hate. I call 'em Door Bangers. Once the thoughtless A-holes ding your door, you have to look at that for as long as you own the car. Or at least to the next paint job. Ive been known to kick a guys door in [size 13s'], full-length of car key scratch, and once opened my door and shoved it with my foot in to Their door! I have a '97 Chevy truck I use to get to work, and in the 8 years Ive owned it, it only has one barely noticeable dent. Didnt even mar the paint. Thats mainly luck, but I park way out in the south 40 at stores, and never park next to a rig whose doors could hit me. Most of these pieces of dog stool drive clapped out old crap. They could care less about their own cars, let alone yours. DIE Door Bangers....DIE!![:@][:@]

when i get out of the car i look at my door. When i return if theres any new scratches and a car sitting next to me its getting hell. This has never happend yet though and i hope it never will

I'm with all of you that the door bangers gotta go. I remember when I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for my wife and an older lady opened up her door and smacked my 1 month old r/t. The bad thing is it not only happened once but I guess she used the door to help her slide her big butt off the seat, so she did it again. Wooooo... I got pissed. She finally realized there was someone in the car and her face got the Ah... Oh... look on it. She stating blaming my door getting hit on me. What...? The cops were called by a passer by, TG. They showed up and finally settled the ordeal. I can not believe the nerve of people sometimes.

Don't park next to a two door car. The doors normally swing wide and get away from you due to their weight. I also use the island that will reduce it by 50% and park next to another stang ( make sure it is well kept ).

Careful of the islands!!!!

At work, quite often the grounds keepers (ie the people that mow the lawn), swing their various tools (weedwackers, rakes, etc) without any care for what is in the way. They make minimum wage, and don't really care... I've seen a few pissed people trying to argue and getting nowhere, cuz their car was scratched/dented...

I try to park next to other nice cars, avoid rust buckets... stay out with the other nice cars and you should be ok...
