Its a S&B 4x9. Its a gauze filter like a K&N. Anyplace that sells cleaning supplies for a K&N or S&B should be able to help you.
If all else fails theirs always Summit. Dont over oil it. Excess oil is bad for the MAF.

I believe its SBFilters R0861. Confirm before you order. Its $35.71 direct from sbfilter.com
It may available for less elsewhere. I havent shopped around.

I just replaced the K&N filter on my K&N CAI with a filter from Amsoil. NO OIL to mess with. They say it's like 5 times better at stoping fine dirt than K&N. You clean it every 25K miles with a shop vac or a blow gun blowing fron inside out. Go to their web sight and check them out. Safer for your MAF sensor.

I got mine directly from S&B. I even ordered one that was 1 inch shorter so it wouldn't rub the fender. I sold both filters with the intake.

I just cleaned mine with the K&N Cleaning Kit, from Auto Zone (Cheap), you can't imagine what came out of that thing....Spayed it with the included oil, let it sit overnight....Done!

Try www.afepower.com. See if they have any filters that maybe would replace yours. I heard that they are pretty good and well I actually have one on mine. I like it.
