Save your money for theCAI & tune. The drop in' aren't worth the money.

Amsoil air filter is better than K&N.

I know, i would love to buy a intake/tune but that almost 700 bucks for a good combo and a drop in is like 30 or 40 bucks. I plan on getting a intake/tune, but i just dont have enough money for it. I check my air filter today (30,000+ miles of hard driving) and its dirty!

So i plan on going to pep boys w/ the honda boys and buy my self a drop in for now. I know Pboys sell green peft, and k & n. I'll check to see if they have Amsoil.

any suggestion on which one i should go w/ between green or k&n?

I've never used the green. I used a K&N drop in, worked fine. You can only get an Amsoil filter from Amsoil I think.

The drop-in buys you NOTHING in the way of performance. One of the combos from Brenspeed is under $600. Save the $40 and put it towards the combo. That's almost 10% of the cost. With you're attitude, it'll take twice as long until you can afford the combo.

Do what Mishri did. Pimp yourself on the nearest street corner.
