KB owners where is Fuel pressure tap?
I'm installing my fuel pressure guage but having a hard time finding the appropriate NPT type fitting. I have the KB 2.6L and what seems to me to be the Fuel pressure tap is an odd size. What size fitting should I get? I Have the autometer cobalt series electric full sweep guage. The pressure sender unit looks to be about a 1/8" or 1/4" thread. And if anyone has or can take a picture of a similar set up let me know please.

RE: KB owners where is Fuel pressure tap?
I have the same gauge hooked up to my Kenne Bell setup. You need to get a 1/8 to 1/4 NPT adapter from Autometer. Remove the KB fuel rail adapter from the fuel rail. There is a schraeder valve on the adapter. You need to remove that valve, and this is where the 1/8 to 1/4 adapter will thread in.
NOTE: There is not enough clearance on the outside of the adapter to thread in the Autometer adapter and sending unit. To make clearance you need to grind the aluminum adapter to makeroom for the sending unit. It is just some excess aluminum on the outside that needs to be taken down with a die grinder or rotozip. Then flush the adpapter to remove any metal grindings. You can thread in the sending unit and then re-mount the KB adapter.
The Autometer adapter you need is just a few bucks.
