Forgot: you have to add a 26 spline clutch.

RE: 6 SPEED
IMO this swap isnt worth it until they put out one with Viper spec internals, (ie. .50 overdrive instead of .62).
When this happens you can run 4.10's with still great highway mileage. Until then I would say the swap is worthless.
Hopefully D&D does this work in the next year.

RE: 6 SPEED
Yes you can do it. It will fit with your DS. You will need to setup a micro switch on the brake pedal to open the reverse gate (not a have to, but helps).
PM me if you need more info on doing it. Had one in my car.

RE: 6 SPEED
It's not worthless. It will handle 700hp and let me hit 140 without using that overdrive gear.

Like a said when they get the .50 overdrive this will be on my list until then, No way.
Why not just put on a 26splin input shaft to the 3560? That is the weakest link. I dont see why it wouldnt hold up for a while with that mod? But I am not trans expert. Just an informed consumer.

RE: 6 SPEED
moose: your correct, I was thinking about what goes in the stock trans. Not the add that was posted. I bought mine from a wrecked GT500 so the clutch was in it already. However, I think the 700hp rating my be a bit aggressive, but it was a good trans.
In regards to the drive shaft I used the same aftermarket drive shaft with my GT500 trans as I did with my 5 speed.
