I ran the accels as well as the granatelli's on my HD with 14 lbs of boost and had nothing but trouble with them. I eventually just went back to the stock fords and haven't had any problems. At the same time I've heard some people who love them. Johnny Lighting has been running stock ford coils on his lightning religously so that may say something.

I might order some up if they help that much, worried about all the problems I have heard of though.

Glad ya like them Moose! IMO, these are a must do for anyone running a whipple HO kit or anything comparable power-wise. The colder plugs do not help with combustion, and the extra energy from the coils put things back right.

aftermarket COPs are a great mod for N/A or FI.
I have run MSD and GMS and both worked great.

I don't know if they make any more power, but they sure do make the car accelerate smoother at part throttle. Still very happy with them. I think you hit the nail on the head with the colder plugs and high performance coils evening things out.

Problems with X-cops or problems with aftermarket coils in general? I've only read problems with GMS.

They show them on their website for $269, that's for the 3v. I'm not sure if that's the same ones boostaddict is talking about. I like the design of the xcops, they are a true coil on plug design.
