Cost me $300. I had a fovor returned though. I did mine when I added the cmcv deletes....

You might try checking with Killian's Porting Service and see what he would charge for doing them. On my Dakota I had him do a set of 4.7L overhead cam heads and it only cost me about $450 total including before and after flow sheets. He got a 40 cfm increase on the exhaust and a 50 cfm increase on the intake on a set of stock truck heads. Very nice guy to work with excellent pricing. I've also heard a lot of good things about Shady Dell speed shop, but they may be more of a Mopar tuner, I'm not sure.

FWIW, there is actually a fine art to it.. You don't want it to be completely smooth in there, there should be SOME friction on the surface. It helps the fuel and air mix prior to entering the combustion chamber. Yes, knock down casting flash, but don't try to make it polished like your wheels..
