Full Borla Header Exhaust Set-up?
Sup guys,
My question 'll def. prove i'm sort of a newb when it comes to modding. Anyway, i'm 2 clicks away from ordering my first performance parts which are:
C&L RACER CAI + SCT from brenspeed
Stainless Steel Catback System Aggressive from borla - http://www.borla.com/applications/lo...essive/140135/
XR-1 Long Tube Headers from borla
http://www.borla.com/applications/lo...Headers/17237/
Question1: Are the last two; Catback + Longtubes everything i need for a full header exhaust set-up or am i missing something?
Question2: Can i install the CAI and Tunes, with the other 2 or will i need to inform brenspeed about my other mods? If i just order and install everything will it lead to any problems?

Forgot Question 3: What sort of maintenance does the CAI require, do you also need to change something like compared to the filter from the stock airbox?

yea you're goin to have to tell brenspeed about the headers and cat-back to get a proper tune.
you dont have to change the filter on the CAI just clean it out every once in a while.

As far as maintenance for the cai you will just need to clean and re-oil...I use the k&n recharge kit which has red oil. When the red starts to fade (get dirty) I do work!

yea i would tell brenspeed what your other mods are but you probably wont need another tune for those. i just purchased the mac LT with prochamber h-pipe and already had cai and tunes frombrenspeed and he told me i didnt need another tune for the headers. i also have the borla catback aggressive exhaust.

Thanks for the info,
Another quickie; Whats the difference between the C&L 95mm Racer intake and the C&L Air intake on http://www.brenspeed.com/mustang_2005/airkittuner.html, and why is the C&L Air intake more expensive then the Racer intake? (I take it installation will NOT be a hassle with either one..)
