Day Time Running Lights

RE: Day Time Running Lights
In your member profile it says you are from British Columbia, right? Anyway, apparently, canadian mustangs have the daytime running lights and the american ones don't. I tried looking in my owners manual for the fuse relays, and none of the fuses were for the DRLs. So, I would suggest looking in your owners manual (guessing the canadian version is different than the american one) and they might have what fuse runs the DRLs. I had a GMC truck with DRLs and all I did to make them permanently off was pull the fuse. if that doesen't work, as mentioned, a trip to the dealer might be in order

RE: Day Time Running Lights
When I bought my 06 GT I didnt have the daytime running lights. After my remote battery went dead, I had to reprogram the remotes to the car. I followed what the owners manual said to do, a series of turning key on and off and then holding the button. Now, I have daytime running lights and when I press th elock feature on the remote, the car sometimes honks in three loud burts instead of the usual quiet double. So...there has to be a way to turn it on and off if mine now has them but didnt before.
