Default X or H pipe that won't give error lights? (Cat removed)

I've heard that the 08 mustangs if you run a offroad H or X pipe with out the cats you'll have issues with a check engine light on the dash? Is there any that won't cause any trouble? or must you have some type of cat weather stock or a high flow?

You need cats of some kind to keep the check engine light at bay! but im sure youll end up buying a tuner eventually ( the moddingbug isgonna getcha sooner or later ) ..so just have it turned off in the tune and no worries!

Cel will come on for offroad setups. A custom tune or mils would help you out. Tune would be your better choice. You might even get a cel eventually with a high flow.

I don't think MIL's will work for 2008 Mustangs.

Yeah I figured that if the cats removed the lights coming on, just asked to make sure..

Trying to learn all the lingo here, as with any group of a set subject theres always special lingo, and since I'm new to not only the forums here but Mustangs.

Thanks for the answers guys..

So does that mean the MILelminators that Brenspeed sells won't work? If this is true you just saved me $80.
