well these cars look good and if you want real power you will have to spend real big money. this car was definatley the worst purchase ever. i personally dont cvare to look cool and loke 70% of people on here. my car unfortunatley for me was not a mid life crisis

I rarely flame people.. But you are just being retarded.. or naive. you wont be able to pull those big numbers anywhere as cheap as you can with a mustang(if we are talking brand new cars). you can get 450rwhp/rwtq w/suspension upgrades for under 35,000 with this car. and be safe. some people even get up to 500rwhp/rwtq w/o blowing their motors. modaddict has tons of threads on here explaining how to exceed the limits of the current engine..

You can get an old pile of crap and spend 20,000 fixing it up, it'll take a long time but in the end it will be fast.

650hp 300zx? what is his quarter mile time? is that bhp or whp? to get it to that level I'm betting he spent a lot more than you can afford (or you would have bought a gt500, for 41,000 for a baseline car you also can't beat its performance)

thats was a great reply. but you can get more power buying a fox and spending half what youll spend modding for more power in a lighter vehicle.

My post was directed at the OP but if you feel my advice will help you you may take it as well. 20k was for paying the same amount as what he likely spent on his mustang.. for price for performance value. and that would likely be an incredible car.

can you tell me whats wrong with wanting more power, and thinking outside of the box. Just because its a mustang does not mean its the only modable car on the block. It also most definately does not mean its the best bang for his or your, or anyones buck
