Default High G's and fueling/oiling

Question - for those of you that track your GT or drive it hard, are the S197's/4.6's known to have any issues with fuel delivery or oiling on hard cornering?

I'm just trying to get a feel for how well the fuel tank baffling may work or how well the oiling system holds up to high G's and if it's something worth modifying for track use. I'm kind of paranoid - in my younger days I had a motor go south from oil starvation on cornering..

Thanks-
