Default Roll Bars?

I can't seem to find a company producing NHRA legal roll bars for '05 - up Mustangs.

Any ideas?

I'm having an 8-point with street-removable door bars custom made for my car. ~$2300. www.smithperformance.com is the shop doing it.

Thanks. That's a bit more than I planned on spending!

You can get a kit from S&W and have it installed by someone.

most guys have them made to fit. they need to be welded in to pass tech.

autopower i think makes a bolt in kit that if you weld is ok.

Thanks, Earl (and others). I'll call them tomorrow. I'll check the NHRA rulebook about having to have it welded in.

Don't know which kit was used, but cost for 8 point roll bar including labor was $1000. Recently converted to full cage...another $1100.

That's what I'm talkin' about! I don't need a full cage. I might get into the high 11's - I just want to be safe. Sweet ride, my brother!
