you will hear and many might say that the polished is hard to keep clean but I have have no issues just wipe it off every time you change the oil or wash the car and polish it once or twice a year (or before any show). I think it was well worth it and some might disagree but the polished will not get as hot as black absorbs heat and and other colors/finishes will dissipate heat (JMO no hard facts)! My car is black so trust me I know!!!!!!

black dissipates heat better when it comes to radiating heat. Your car's paint (black), absorbs sunlight. See why radiators are black? black radiates heat the best, and white insulates. True with some exhaust coatings i've used from swaintech. They use a white ceramic coating on manifolds and downpipes and reduces underhood temps quite well.

Polished looks great, but i might go black for the price factor.

learn something new everyday...it is an expensive option maybe money best siuted for a performance mod.
