Default gains expected from x pipe and high flow cats

i've about decided to leave the stock manifolds alone and just go with an x pipe and high flow cats and updating my tune. what kind of gains can i expect from adding the SLP x pipe and high flow cats to my setup?

with your total setup i would guess 290-295 rwhp.

Gains are so small youll never feel them! maybe 3-5 hp your biggest gain is in the sound!
