wow if there is no Ford dealer near you that sucks ! Because if a sensor is broken you´ll need to buy a new one and re-program it in order to work.
Its an easy 5 min procedure but its made with a special tool that the Ford service shop should have.

I had 2 TPS sensor failures in my car.

Another quickquestion: Which TPMS sensors do i require for my 20" wheels?

I know they aren't the stock ones, (atleast somebody told me the stock ones wouldnt last on 20's) so they're likely those of the OEM Ford trucks is this possible?

No need for truck sensors on 20s.

You only need to change the bands for a 20" and thats it .... use the same sensors.

OK i dont know for sure, but i think there might be one in the spare also. If so, did you check that? I have seen a programer tool that cost around 30 dollars that will program the new senors. I just cant find the link that shows the tool. To use the old senors on your new 20" rims, you just have to buy 20" bands. American Muscle sells them. Just swap them to the new wheels and recalibrate them with the new programer, and you are done.

No TPMS sensor in the spare tire.
