If you get a Roushcharger get the NEW one. The base roushchargeris not much power for the buck but the new one
looks pretty darn impressive.
If you get the new one you will void your warranty unless you buy their full package with new short block and Roush tune.

But it it a much better s/c. Buy the old one like mine and you can keep the warranty. Decisions, decisions.

i dropped 2-3 mpg, all else being
equal....

it was a price i was willing to pay, to play

I've found the same to be true, though I haven't cared to look at the hard numbers. But I certainly get less mpg now than before, to be sure. But the fun of it all makes up for any increase in gas expenditures.

By a hybrid and don't concern yourself with going fast.

HP and MPG don't belong in the same sentence.

With a built motor and a Paxton my mileage is crazy....... In town I average 14-15 but on long hiway trips (200miles or more) I get 24 - 24.8 I don't know why there is such a drastic difference, prolly my driving style. I amagressive around town but on the hyway I set c.c. @ 70mph and let her go!

You can have both! My prius averages 50+mpg, and my whippled stang gets about 14mpg. Guess which one I drive more.

Just for S&Gs I tested my mpg with the Saleen. Couple of road trips with some city driving netted me around 23mpg. However, it was very boring. I'm back to my 13mpg...
