Default RE: Rattling Noise from Under Car

As far as the noise from the middle of the car, it is probably the mid-pipe hanger TSB. My '08 started doing it after 100 miles and it sounded like something rattling in the clutch. Every time I let out the clutch, shifted, got on the gas after coasting, or hit a bump, it would make the noise. I was furious, thinking it was a bad clutch. Took it to the dealer, and they performed the mid-pipe hanger TSB, which consisted of removing the H-pipe brackets from the car, and then cutting the mounts off of the H-pipe itself. I cut my X-pipe mounts off when I installed it, and I haven't heard the noise again.

Now if I could just fix the other phantom noises. [:@]Seriously, I beat the ever living **** out of my '04 GT, and it NEVER gave me any trouble, no funny noises, nothing. It just kept begging for more. This '08, which is supposed to be built better, has had squeaks and rattles left and right.I haven't quite hit 2k miles yet, and I've just been driving the car normally (with the occasional spirited burst, of course).
