No biggie...ok here is a list thus far, would would you guys add or take off?

-fuel filter
-flush injectors
-oil change
-tranny fluid change
-diff fluid change
-re-oil C&L filter (clean it as well)
-clean MAF
-clean throttle body
-change spark plugs to HT1's

any thoughts?

Well, if it's just a running issue like you say there's no need to change any fluids, of course unless they're due anyway. Yes, I would stick with the stock HT1 plugs if you're not F/I. Cleaning everything is the first step, especially behing the TB blades,and be sure not to oil the air filter too much, that's a common error. Save the fuel filter for last, it doesn't sound like a fuel filter issue.
