I would go I/C'd Either get the Whipple HO and run a 8lb pulley, or get the Saleen with a 3.6" pulley. If you;re doing the install yourself you can order the Saleen from Brenspeed or JDM with a tune ready to go. You can also order the whipple and get a tune from VMP with it. Either way it's only a matter of time until you up the boost, trust me.

I had the non-intercooled whipple on mine and was happy with it. Never had any problems with it and it ran like a champ. Although if I ended up keeping the car I probably would have added the intercooler later down the road to turn up the boost.
