Default how to go faster

hi. im new to forums, i have an 07 gt with diablo sport tune 93 oct, airaid intake, dual flowmasters, poweraid throttle body spacer, its an auto because i have spinal injury and cant work clutch, but i am looking for more speed, any suggestions??? thanks, im thinking about trying slicks, i race the 1/8th mile, but would like to try the 1/4. i dont really know what else i can do besides supercharge and noz, maybe some cams or somethan i dont know, but i need more POWER! lol...

all the little things add up (dr's, remove spare tire, 3000 stall, gears) to make a faster et. but the s/c will be the smartest money spent. power will be there any time you want it

Welcome to the Forum Mike..........You might want to consider FRPP 3.73 or 4.10 gears, also a tune from Brenspeed or Bama would certainly help in your endeavor. You came to the right place for info, just cruise the sight, there is a ton of info on these pages, Enjoy!

thanks, yeah i just got the car brand new 5 months ago and been adding some basic bolt ons, but i was running a 9.4 1/8th and got diablo tuner put me down to 9.1, i have thought about headers, pulleys, and gears, any of you guys from san diego and know a good place to get parts installed? my 60 foot is 2.2 so that guy with the supercharge, 1. somethan is good at 93mph, i only get up to about 79mph in the 1/8th so im gonna have to look into more stuff, i apprechiate the suggests... but im going slicks first...

Slicks are good, but I wouldn't say completely nessesary for you yet. Take the money that you want to spend on the slick and start making more power first. Then when you've got so much power that you cant keep the wheels from spinning you should think about the slicks. Go with gears and headers, you wont regret it.
