Default Frpp or brenspeed NSR?

So ive been thinking of cams lately and im gonna pull the trigger.I REALLY want the frpp hot rods(plus I get a discount through work)And the idle sounds f'n nice.I called brenspeed and talked to seth and he was very quick to say they dont support them, dont know why though.Has anyone actully posted a dyno graph with these cams?Brenspeeds look like they lose alot on the bottom which I dont want. Also,I understand bama has a tune for the FRPP cams, correct? If I go with these cams,im going to have to switch all my tunes over to bama.I would also like to know if the frpp cams are spray friendly.According to seth, the NSR cams are great withspray.Any input would be great guys.TIA!

New Comp Cams coming out soon for the 4.6 / 5.4 3v

Comp cams 3V thumper cams(Stage 2 sound clip)

These will be ready for sale soon!
No Spring upgraded required
Must install cam phasers.

These comein N/A, stage 2 and stage 3

"These have been thoroughly tested and will be shipping in a couple weeks. They are designed specifically to give that aggressive “cammed†idle sound everyone wants. They are stock valve spring compatible, but do require the use of our Cam Phaser Limiters and the normal programming that goes along with that. These will make similar power to our NSR cams, so they will typically pick up around 25whp, and make your engine sound really awesome!"

Those sound pretty good I am going to hold off though untill we see more dyno numbers with all of these cams so we get a legit number

Hmm, so they make 25 HP. The FRPP Hot Rods make that (at least), have almost the exact same sound yet do not need a phaser limiter.

So FRPP it is?

I wonder why the Thumpr needs phaser limiters and the FRPP does not.

I'm wondering the same thing myself but there is so little info on the comp thumpr cams at this point, I will need to wait and see what the specs can tell us.

Does anyone have a dyno pull with similar mods as mine with the brenspeed cams?

I just got my FRPP Hot Rod Cams. Im just waiting on Dougs tune so I can do everything at once. I know my current HP no. so I'll dyno again after the install is done. Doug told me to expect between 20-25 rwhp with my current set up. I should know in a few weeks.
