Can you scan the Dynosheet and post it?
Did you have underdrive pulleys on before the SC install?

I really hate the Roush Charger, they are the same unit that the X-Charger uses on the 4.0L V6

Hopefully it gets resolved and post the dyno sheet so others can see what boost you are running (or not running). Sounds like a fat vacuum leak to me.

You're defintely not hitting your boost. Tell the dealership that installed it to go over it and find the vacuum leak. Just tell them you drove you friends roush and you can tell the difference between a car hitting boost and yours that isn't....

Bought the car at a dealership w the s/c on it so not sure about the pulleys. I was thinking of taking it to a BIG roush dealer round here and not the same dealership i have been dealing w/ round here, feel like they know as much as i do, which isnt alot! But i think thats what i will do. Run it up there and have them look at it. Heres a scan of my dyno. Ran it 3 times and this scan is of the worst results, like 243 and 222...haha, man i have been feeling sick past couple days bc of these #'s. oh ya to the guy that asked me bout racing anyone, my buddy w a turbo stang smoked me of course, hes pulling 476 rwhp on dyno, and a camero ss stock, i know i should have beat him. other than that, my city i live in is a bunch of old geezers driving buicks...anyways heres the dyno.

I wonder if you were getting full throttle? Is there somthing stuck behind the pedal? Try to recalibrate the pedal. Maybe take the intake elbow off in front of the TB and turn the car on, Have someone mash on the pedal and you look in the tb to verify it is opening all the way.

The dyno sheet looks good and smooth although the way it ramps up, it almost looks like a Centri style blower. A/F is a little close to 14 for a wide open run but I have seen worse. Most factory blown cars are closer to 10.

What is the boost output for that run. Most dyno's will hook up to a line and give you a boost read out as well.
