I was just informed that brenspeed will send you a custom tune with the SCT x3 and C&L racer CAI. I went to purchase online but it didn't ask me any questions on my car.. just billing info. Do you have to call to get the custom tune? How does this work... Hold my hand!

Just call them, they'll work it out with you.

Their website states that they'll send you an E-Mail with specific questions before sending out your package. You could call them as well, but you can also wait for the E-Mail.

I included some info with my order under notes or someplace but I didn't really give them the info they needed. just wait for the e-mail.. it'll come with instructions on how to find some of the info they need.. gearing, PCM info, tire size might be in there.. don't remember.

Yeah i just called em. You just need to tell them your mods, gear ratio, revs per mile... what kind of tunes you want.

When I got mine they sent me a email the next day and I aswered it with my mods and that was it

They emailed me, and I gave them my computer code and exhaust setup, which was the only performance mod at the time.
I don't see why they'd care what gears you have.

Using the xcal to change the gear ratio only changes the speedo so RPM's and shift points would be thrown off. Not as big a deal for manual's but for auto's the tune needs to be changed, that was put out by Bama on another forum maybe 6 weeks ago or so.
